As Canada’s oldest urban centre,
Québec City recently celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2008. The tremendous cultural and historical qualities of the area, in addition to the fast ice of one of Canada’s great speed skating centres, promise a great experience for all event participants.

Keep watching for additional information as it becomes available.
